Mr. Ali Moussa is an Egyptian citizen, and holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture from Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Paris, France. Mr. Moussa is a seasoned entrepreneur whose involvement in local business dates back to the early eighties. Mr. Moussa hold the tittle of the Chevalier de la Legion D’honneur from the French government 2004 . •His major interests are concentrated in three sectors: Building material , Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

Currently, he hold the position of  Chairman  of United Holding Company, a fast-growing private sector company, specializing in paints and building materials a holding with seven factories.
Mr. Moussa established Connect For Information & Technology the main agency for the Major Chinese companies in Egypt that works on the largest projects in partnership with the Egyptian government, such as the Tunnels Authority and the Ministries of Transport, Electricity and Petroleum ministries . The main projects working on are the 10th of Ramadan railway and a Power Storage Station in Jabal Ataka, Suez … 

Mr. Bebars joined OCI in 2009 as the Finance Manager of the Construction Group, became Director of Finance in 2012, and was designated Group Controller of Orascom Construction PLC in 2015 and currently CFO Middle East & Africa a position he held from 2017. Mr. Bebars previously held the position of Deputy Director of Finance for the Middle East regional office of Starwood M International Inc. (Starwood Hotels and Resorts) in Dubai, UAE, and held various positions in the Starwood Hotels and Resorts Group since 2002. Prior to joining Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Mr. Bebars worked for the Commercial International Bank in Cairo, Egypt.

In his capacity as CFO Middle East & Africa, Mr. Bebars is responsible for the overall financial management and controls for MEA region. In addition, Mr. Bebars is overseeing the cost control department. As of July 1st 2020, Mr. Bebars was appointed as CEO Building Materials, which includes National Steel Fabrication, Alico Egypt, SICB Chemicals, Egyptian Gypsum Company, A-build, BASF Chemical, Dry Mix, National Pipes Company and Suez Industrial Development Company.      

Eng. Saad  graduate of Ain Shams University (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) spent most of his life working in field of sales and marketing in one of  Egypt’s top companies  (SCIB Chemical one of Asian Paints group , AP rated as one of the top 10  companies worldwide) .Eng. Saad Ehsan joined Dry Mix in Jan 2021 with intense and diversified experience for over than 35 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development & Strategic planning .

During his journey with SCIB Paints which lasted for over than thirty years Saad has been always a key player setting strategic plans for the whole company with the Top Management Eng. Saad through his experience with AP got the chance to  study in India management, sales and marketing, customer service and leadership performance. He led several TOT programs for diversified groups. 
Eng. Saad is a certified trainer for human capital development, specialized  in Leadership, change management, selling skills , effective communication ,team building, team work behavior & customer service excellence.Eng. Saad is leading DryMix to continue to offer  the Egyptian market with the highest quality cement base products through expansion in both the retail & projects sectors .
